Every Tavellio lamp states its charging system in the specifications, either magnetic or wireless. The two work differently, so your lamps and your station need the same one.
Yes. Every lamp in the Professional line has a USB-C port as well, so you can charge it with a cable wherever you are and use the station when it suits you.
Up to eight at the same time, so a full set charges from one cable and one socket.
Around 8 to 12 hours for a full charge, the same as charging a lamp on its own. Put them back at the end of service and they are ready the next evening.
Yes. The charging surface uses Qi, the same standard your phone uses, so a Qi phone charges on it as well.
Yes. The station protects itself against overheating and overcharging, so the lamps can stay on it between uses.
Start by lifting the lamp and setting it down again, centred on the charging point. Check that the station is plugged in and that the underside of the lamp is clean and dry. A lamp that has been empty for a while can take a few minutes before anything shows.
A dry cloth is all it needs. No cleaning products.
