Condition & Packaging
Please return the product in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories. Please pack fragile products carefully. Damage caused by careless handling may reduce your refund.
Damaged or Defective
Contact us before returning if your order is damaged, defective or incomplete. We'll help you quickly.
Track & Trace
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until refund. If your return does not reach us and you cannot provide a tracking number, we cannot issue a refund.
Exceptions
Custom-made, personalised, used and B2B products are not eligible for return.
