Depending on the model and how bright you run it, a Tavellio lamp lasts between 10 and 150 hours on a single charge. Lower brightness means longer run time.

We recommend a standard 5V/1A adapter for the best and safest charging. Fast chargers and higher voltage plugs can cause charging issues and are not recommended.

Yes. Our lamps have built-in charging protection and stop charging automatically once the battery is full.

Every lamp comes with a USB-C charging cable. For the adapter we recommend a standard 5V/1A USB plug, the kind used for most phones. You likely already have one at home. If not, any standard 5V/1A adapter works well.

A red indicator means the lamp is charging. A green indicator means the battery is full.

Yes, and this is by design. You replace the battery, not the whole lamp. A few screws and about ten minutes. We keep batteries in stock. It is a big part of what built to last means to us.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging. Full details are on our Return & Refund page.

Email info@tavellio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and the packaging. All shipments are insured, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Once we have received and checked your return, refunds are usually processed within a few business days. Depending on your payment provider, it can take a little longer to appear in your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different lamp, simply return your order and place a new one.

Every Tavellio product comes with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Fully charge the lamp before first use and check that the switch is in the correct position (I or II on wall lamps). If it still will not turn on, get in touch.

Make sure the lamp is set to position I or II and that the remote has working batteries. The remote is needed for the first activation of certain wall lamps.

Your Tess or Tessa lamp may have entered sleep mode. Reactivate it with the remote, set it to position I or II, and fully charge it with a standard 5V/1A adapter.

Some wall lamps enter a low power sleep mode after long periods of storage or inactivity. Reactivate the lamp with the remote control.

Yes. Certain wall lamps need the remote to activate and to change lighting modes. Keep it somewhere safe.

Depending on the collection: travertine, marble, alabaster, oak and other woods, glass, linen and 3D printed porcelain. Each material is cut rather than moulded, which is why no two stone lamps carry exactly the same veining.

Our lamps are designed for indoor use and for covered, sheltered outdoor spaces such as a veranda in dry weather. They are not waterproof, so bring them inside in rain or damp conditions.

Most Tavellio lamps are dimmable, and many let you switch between warm and cooler tones. The colour stays true whether you are at full power or at the bottom of the dial.

Yes. Many shades, bases and parts are available separately, so you can refresh or extend your lamp rather than replace it. Availability depends on the model.

Table lamps suit dining tables, living rooms and bedrooms. Wall lamps suit hallways and accent lighting. The Professional Collection suits restaurants. Not sure? Message us.

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use a lightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive sponges.

Selected collections are. One base, a choice of shades. Swap the top when the room changes and the lamp changes with it.
