B. Which lamp is best for a dining table?
Rechargeable table lamps are the most popular choice for dining tables. They create warm ambient lighting without visible cables and can easily be moved when needed.
C. Which lamp is best for a living room?
For living rooms, larger table lamps and statement pieces from our Rijks Collection are popular choices. They combine ambient lighting with timeless design.
D. Which lamp is best for restaurants and hospitality?
Our Professional Collection is designed specifically for restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues. These lamps are built for daily use and can be combined with our charging stations.
E. Can a rechargeable lamp replace a traditional lamp?
For dining tables, living spaces and hospitality settings, a rechargeable lamp can often replace a traditional wired lamp. It offers the same atmosphere without visible cables.
F. How long does a Tavellio lamp last on a full charge?
Depending on the model and brightness setting, our rechargeable lamps provide between 10 and 100 hours of illumination on a full charge.
G. How long does charging take?
Most Tavellio lamps are fully charged within 6 to 12 hours using the included USB-C charging cable and a suitable 5V/1A adapter.
H. Can I leave my lamp charging overnight?
Yes. Our lamps include charging protection and automatically stop charging once the battery is fully charged.
I. Can I use a fast charger?
We recommend using a standard 5V/1A USB adapter for the best charging performance. Fast chargers may not always provide optimal charging conditions.
J. What is the difference between Tavellio's collections?
Each collection has its own character. Essential offers timeless everyday lighting, Nordic features warm wooden designs, Rijks showcases premium natural materials, Maera introduces 3D-printed porcelain lighting, Modular allows interchangeable combinations, and Professional is designed for hospitality use.
K. What materials are Tavellio lamps made from?
Depending on the collection, our lamps are crafted from wood, marble, travertine, glass, linen and 3D-printed porcelain. Each material is selected for its natural beauty and durability.
L. Are Tavellio lamps modular?
Selected collections feature interchangeable lampshades and lamp bases, allowing you to create different combinations and refresh the look of your lamp over time.
2. ORDERS & DELIVERY
A. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping above the minimum order value for your region. For detailed shipping rates, delivery times and international shipping information, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
B. What is the delivery time?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times vary by destination, with most orders arriving within 1 to 12 business days after dispatch.
C. Do you ship internationally?

D. Will I have to pay import duties or local taxes?
Orders shipped within the European Union include VAT and do not incur additional import duties. For destinations outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
E. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. This allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
F. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
G. How do I return a product?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer support team and we will guide you through the return process.
H. Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model or colour, you can return your order and place a new order.
I. Are return shipping costs covered?
Unless a product is faulty or delivered incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
J. How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within a few business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
K. What warranty does Tavellio offer?
Yes. All Tavellio products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
L. My lamp arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
M. What if my lamp does not work after delivery?
Please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. In many cases, the problem can be resolved quickly with a few simple troubleshooting steps.
3. Product Support
A. My lamp is not charging. What should I do?
Please use the supplied USB-C cable and a standard 5V/1A adapter. Fast chargers and higher-voltage adapters may cause charging issues.
B. How do I know if my lamp is fully charged?
A red indicator means the lamp is charging. A green indicator means the battery is fully charged.
C. My lamp does not turn on. What should I do?
Fully charge the lamp before first use and ensure the switch is in the correct position. If the lamp still does not turn on, please contact our support team.
D. Can I use a fast charger?
We recommend using a standard 5V/1A USB adapter. Fast chargers may cause charging issues and are not recommended.
E. My wall lamp is not responding to the remote control.
Ensure the lamp is set to position I or II and that the remote contains working batteries. The remote is required for the initial activation of certain wall lamps.
F. My Tess or Tessa wall lamp is not detecting motion.
The lamp may have entered sleep mode and needs to be reactivated using the remote control. Make sure the lamp is set to position I or II and fully charged using a standard 5V/1A adapter.
G. What is sleep mode?
Some wall lamps may enter sleep mode after extended use or storage. The lamp can be reactivated using the remote control.
H. Do I need to keep the remote control?
Yes. Certain wall lamps require the remote control for activation and changing lighting modes. We recommend keeping the remote in a safe place.
I. Can I order spare parts or a replacement remote?
Depending on the product and availability, spare parts and replacement remotes may be available. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
J. My lamp arrived but does not work. What should I do?
Please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. In many cases, the problem can be resolved with a few simple troubleshooting steps.
