Rijks Collection

The Cuyp is part of our Rijks Collection. Each table lamp is crafted from solid marble or travertine, ensuring that no two pieces are identical. The natural veining and deep colour nuances give every lamp a unique and exclusive appearance.

Modular design

This lamp features an interchangeable lampshade, allowing you to effortlessly vary style and atmosphere. For example, switch from fabric to glass to suit the season or your interior.

Rechargeable and cordless

Thanks to its cordless, rechargeable design, the lamp can be moved with ease. The built-in battery is easily charged via the included USB-C cable.

Powerful battery

The lamp is equipped with self-developed LED technology and a powerful battery, providing between 10 and 100 hours of illumination depending on brightness. At full brightness, you can enjoy approximately 10 hours of light; in the most dimmed setting, this extends up to 100 hours. Any brightness level in between offers a corresponding runtime, always suited to your use.

Three light modes

With a single touch, you can turn the lamp on or off. Choose between three light colours: candlelight, ambient light, and task light.

Dimmable function

With the integrated touch dimming function, you can adjust the light intensity entirely to your preference, from warm and soft to bright and functional.

Not the right fit? You can return your lamp within 14 days of delivery. Email us and we work out the best way together. Arrived damaged? Send us a photo and we replace the affected part. Returns travel to our warehouse in the Netherlands and the return shipping is paid by the customer. Return and refund policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Twist it off the base, no tools needed. The shades of our Rijks, Maera, Levora and Nordic Collections all share the same fitting, so you can mix and match them freely and give the lamp a different look whenever you like.

At full brightness it gives about 10 hours of light. Turned down low it runs for up to 100 hours.

350 lumen, enough to read by at the table. One touch takes you through three light colours, from a warm 2200K to 4000K.

With the USB-C cable from the box, in any phone adapter you already have; the adapter itself is not included. A full charge takes eight to twelve hours. Red means charging, green means full. Most adapters work, a plain 5V/1A one always does: if it hangs just short of green, switch to 5V/1A and it finishes.

A tap moves the lamp through its light colours, and the tap after the last colour switches it off. Hold the touch point to dim, and every colour dims the same way.

The medium of two sizes: 22 cm high and 12 cm across, about 1.5 to 1.75 kg. The weight is the stone, so it stands where you put it. It also comes as small (15 cm).

Every lamp in the Rijks Collection has a base of marble or travertine, so no two are identical: the veining and the depth of the colour differ from base to base.

Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Natural stone does not take kindly to acids, so keep vinegar and citrus based cleaners away from it.

It is made for indoors (IP20). On a covered terrace on a dry evening it is fine, but do not leave it out in the rain.

Yes, and that is by design. You replace the battery, not the lamp: a few screws and about ten minutes. We keep batteries in stock.
