LIVING ROOM TABLE LAMPS

A cordless lamp has a battery in the base: you charge it with a cable, then it runs without one, so it can stand where there is no socket. A corded lamp stays connected to the socket and uses a bulb with an E27 fitting. See all lamps with a cord.

The standard screw fitting for light bulbs in most of Europe; the number refers to the diameter of the thread in millimetres. The corded lamps on this page use it, so a standard E27 bulb fits them.
