Please use the supplied USB-C cable and a standard 5V/1A adapter. Fast chargers and higher-voltage adapters may cause charging issues.
We recommend using a standard 5V/1A USB adapter for the best charging performance. Fast chargers may not always provide optimal charging conditions.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging.
