Lift the lamp off the screws and plug in the USB-C cable, then hang it back when it is done. A full charge takes eight to twelve hours. Red means charging, green means full. Most adapters work, a plain 5V/1A one always does: if it hangs just short of green, switch to 5V/1A and it finishes.
