If it's not quite right, returning your order is simple.

Return Information

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Please return the product in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of your return physically arriving at our warehouse, provided the product and all accessories are returned in good condition. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Condition & Packaging

Please return the product in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories. Please pack fragile products carefully. Damage caused by careless handling may reduce your refund.

Damaged or Defective

Arrived damaged, faulty or incomplete? Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the part and the packaging. Once we have assessed the damage we send a replacement for the affected part, free of charge. Please keep the damaged part and wait for our instructions before returning anything.

Track & Trace

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until refund. If your return does not reach us and you cannot provide a tracking number, we cannot issue a refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made, personalised, used and B2B products are not eligible for return.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Receive your refund
