From today, the collection is available in three sizes (small, medium and large) and three natural stones: beige travertine, silver travertine and dark emperador marble. Every base pairs with every shade. Every size sits comfortably next to every other. Which means the Rijks Collection is no longer a lamp you buy. It's a set you compose.
One design, three heights
The idea behind Mix & Match is simple: light in a room rarely wants to live at a single height. A lone table lamp can feel like a full stop; a trio reads like a sentence.
- Small is the accent: bedside tables, shelves, a windowsill.
- Medium carries the room: sideboards, consoles, dining tables.
- Large anchors it: the statement piece on a cabinet or entry table.

Three stones, three temperaments
Each stone changes the character of the same silhouette.

Dark emperador is the evening stone. Deep brown marble with caramel veining that seems to hold light rather than reflect it. The tonal trio. Three sizes, one stone. The safest and arguably the most serene: a small, medium and large in beige travertine reads as one deliberate installation. Perfect for a sideboard or console.
The gradient. Beige small, silver medium, emperador large: light to dark as the sizes climb. This one photographs beautifully and gives a room a subtle sense of direction.
The pair plus one. Two lamps in the same stone, one contrast piece. Two silver travertines with a single dark emperador between them turns the odd one out into the focal point.
